Structured Family Outings are supervised visits that occur in public, family-friendly settings such as parks, museums, or libraries. These outings provide parents and children with an opportunity to engage in natural interactions, strengthen their bond, and practice positive parenting in real-world environments, all under the support of a trained facilitator.

Our Zen in-person services are offered by appointment only at a private West Babylon office. The location features a large open soft-mat space, an additional room with a comfortable sofa area, as well as a private kitchen and bathroom. To reserve this setting, a minimum of two hours is required.

Guided parenting time for families reuniting after separation due to foster care, incarceration, or prolonged absence. These sessions focus on rebuilding trust, enhancing parent-child connection, and supporting long-term reintegration through supervised and documented interactions.
Social worker facilitated calls
Phone-facilitated parenting sessions are brief, monitored calls between a parent and child that support continued connection when in-person contact is not possible. Facilitators ensure a safe, supportive tone and document the interaction for court use as needed.

Virtual visits allow parents and children to maintain contact through video conferencing, offering flexibility for families with transportation or scheduling challenges. Trained staff observe and support the interaction in real-time, while ensuring safety, engagement, and documentation standards are met.

A group space designed to help parents build community and share practical tools for navigating everyday parenting challenges. Topics include managing behavior, setting healthy boundaries, supporting child development, and reducing parenting stress. Sessions are guided by trained professionals and open to caregivers of children of all ages.

Provide clear, factual observation summaries upon request for court or professional purposes. These summaries reflect participant attendance, engagement, parenting behaviors, and the overall tone of supervised or coaching sessions. Our documentation remains neutral and objective, and is limited to what is directly observed during services.

Natural setting observations take place in a familiar environment such as the family home or community space. Staff document the quality of parent-child interaction, level of supervision, responsiveness to the child’s needs, and the emotional tone of the visit, while remaining unobtrusive. All observations are factual, neutral, and appropriate for court use.
